Vanessa Grove is par owner of the Metro Militia as this is her second year as owner with the Militia and partnering up with Rich Mailhot.  Vanessa is the financial person of the team and handles all team financials and coordinating things on the backend.  Although Vanessa may not know all the X's and O's on the field, she knows things off the field and ensures that the team has everything that they need to be successful.  Vanessa is very passionate about this team and if you get the chance to talk to her she is a sweetheart but don't let that fool you as she can put her gameday face on and get this team ready to compete for a championship each year! We are proud to have her apart of it and thank her for everything she does for the Militia.
